One Staffing Partner. Multiple Ways to Work Together.

Every Wisconsin healthcare facility has different staffing needs — and those needs change. A skilled nursing facility managing a census spike needs same-day CNA coverage. A hospital planning a department expansion needs a reliable 13-week RN contract. A Critical Access Hospital that just lost its only overnight LPN needs emergency stabilization now.

Vetted Healthcare Group offers four distinct placement models so you get exactly the coverage structure your facility needs — nothing more, nothing less. All four models are available for both long-term care and acute care settings.

Who Can Choose Each Model

All placement models below are available for the following credentials: Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Respiratory Therapists (RT/RRT/CRT), Surgical Technologists, Medical Lab Scientists/Technicians, Medical Assistants, and all other roles we staff. Model availability may vary by geography and current roster depth — call (888) 81-STAFF / 888-817-8233 to confirm availability for your specific need.

Per Diem / PRN Coverage

Per diem staffing — also called PRN (pro re nata, or as needed) — is single-shift or day-to-day coverage without a set schedule or long-term commitment. You request coverage when you need it, and we deploy a qualified professional from our pre-credentialed roster.

How It Works:

Temp-to-Perm

Temp-to-perm allows your facility to evaluate a clinical professional over a defined trial period before extending a direct hire offer. The professional works through Vetted Healthcare Group during the evaluation period. If the relationship is a strong fit, you can offer direct employment after the trial period concludes.

How It Works:

Emergency / Short-Notice Stabilization Coverage

Emergency coverage is for situations that cannot wait — a sudden resignation, an unexpected census spike, a regulatory finding that requires immediate staffing response, or a call-off that leaves a critical shift uncovered with hours to spare. This is our fastest deployment model.

Best For:

How It Works:

Short-Term Contracts (4-13 Weeks)

Short-term local contracts provide a defined period of coverage — typically 4 to 13 weeks — under agreed terms. The professional is placed at your facility for the contract duration with a defined schedule, defined rate, and defined expectations on both sides.
